SALMON LOAF 
Stuffing:

1/2 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (small box)
1/2 pkg. Stove Top seasoning
1 tbsp grated onion (optional)
1 16 oz. can salmon, including juice
1 tbsp grated green pepper (optional)

Mix and pour over first half of bread cubes. Add remaining cubes. Beat 2 eggs slightly and add 1 1/2 c. milk and pour over top of mixture and let stand 1 hour or over night. When ready to use, spoon 1 can of cream of mushroom soup over. Sprinkle buttered cubes over top.

Bake 60 minutes at 325°F until set and then sprinkle with 1/2 c. shredded cheese the last minute.

Serves 6.
