DILLY SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 cups fresh bread crumbs (4 slices)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter melted
2 tbsp. REALEMON Lemon Juice from concentrate
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed

For Dill Sauce:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 tsp. dill weed
melt all together

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except dill sauce; mix well. Shape into loaf; place in greased shallow baking dish.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with Dill Sauce; garnish as desired.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
