SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 1/2 c. poultry stuffing
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of celery soup

Mix ingredients and place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Top with cheese sauce if desired.
