SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon, drained & flaked
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 4.
