LOW CALORIE SALMON LOAF 
2 1/2 c. flaked salmon
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
Pimento
3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
Salt and pepper
Onion

Mix all ingredients only until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm to touch.
