PUMPKIN LOG 
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, broken

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix eggs, sugar and pumpkin. Add soda, cinnamon and flour. Grease cookie sheet. Place wax paper on cookie sheet and grease wax paper. Pour batter on cookie sheet and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Take from oven and turn onto a dish towel that has powdered sugar spread all over it. Roll up like jelly roll, towel and all. When cool, unroll and remove wax paper. Mix filling and spread on cake. Roll back up and refrigerate.
