PUMPKIN LOG 
LOG:

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour

Mix all together.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. (stick) butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. white vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan and line with waxed paper. Fill with log ingredients and bake 15 minutes. Turn out on linen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar on racks. Cool 1/2 hour. Tear off waxed paper. Roll up in linen towel for 2 hours. Unroll and fill. Re-roll. Chill, cut and serve.
