BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
1 c. bread (sm. cubed)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. diced apple
4 tbsp. milk

(Mixture should not be soupy.)

Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuff each chop with this mixture. Place in shallow greased pan and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4.
