CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (or mint flavored chips)

Combine all ingredients except chocolate; then add the chocolate and most of the grated chocolate, saving a little for the top of the cake when removed from oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours in a greased and floured tube pan. Cool in pan 1/2 hour. Sprinkle the rest of the grated chocolate on top of cake when first removed from oven.
