MINT CAKE 
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 sticks butter

Cook to boil.

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Add cocoa mixture to this. Pour onto floured and greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Green food coloring

Beat and spread on cooled cake then layer. Chill:

12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter

Heat and stir until dissolved. Spread on top of mint layers. Cool.
