MINT FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. soft butter (2 sticks)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Beat first 5 ingredients until blended - stir in flour. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely.

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
3 tbsp. cream demint

Mix up good, spread in top of cake, refrigerate until set.

6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt butter and chips, beat for a few minutes, spread on cake and let cool.
