CHOCOLATE MINT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can Hershey syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour + 1 tbsp.

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 13x9 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tbsp. milk
Green food coloring

Mix together and place on top of cooled cake.

THIRD LAYER:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt together. Let stand until finger touch. Cool then frost top of cake. Place in refrigerator.
