BROCCOLI/CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
30 Ritz crackers, crushed very fine 1/4 lb. melted butter 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 pkgs. chopped broccoli Cook and drain broccoli. Crush 30 Ritz crackers. Mix with 1/4 pound melted butter. Put 1/2 of this crumb mixture in casserole dish. Then add the 1/2 pound cubed Velveeta cheese, and the drained broccoli. Sprinkle rest of crumb mixture on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 10. |
