BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
Simmer 4 chicken breasts in almost covered water for 30 minutes. Cook 10 ounces fresh broccoli to almost done (10 minutes). Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Shred 2 cups Cheddar cheese.

Mix 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix with cheese. Layer in greased casserole: broccoli, chicken, sauce, cheese crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
