STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY JAM 
1 qt. berries
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 c. sugar

Put washed berries and 2 cups sugar in kettle. Boil 5 minutes. Add rest of sugar and the lemon juice. Boil hard for 12-15 minutes. Put in a bowl and let stand 24 hours. Put in jars, seal and freeze. Makes 6-8 jelly jars.
