STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY JAM 
2 c. mashed strawberries or raspberries
1 pkg. pectin
1 pkg. punch powder (non-sweetened same flavor as berries)
2 c. water
6 c. sugar

Measure sugar into bowl to be added later. Combine remaining ingredients into a large pan and bring to a boil. Add sugar slowly and bring to a full boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Cool 3 to 5 minutes, skimming and stirring alternately and pour into jars. Seal. (This recipe gives you more tasty jam for your berries.) Makes 3 1/2 pints.
