1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 c. Coca-Cola
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine everything except the Coca-Cola and the marshmallows. Blend at low speed until smooth. Add Coca-Cola and blend again. Fold in marshmallows. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool cake, then frost with your favorite frosting or with Coca-Cola frosting.

COCA-COLA FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. Coca-Cola
1 box confectioners sugar

Combine butter and cocoa. Gradually add sugar and Coca-Cola until smooth. When cake is cool, frost top.
