8 oz. pkg. dressing cubes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lb. zucchini, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded carrots

Mix dressing cubes, sour cream and melted butter. Set aside. Brown hamburger. Add onion, zucchini, carrots and soup. Cook until heated through. Spread half of hamburger mixture in a greased baking dish. Spread on dressing mixture. Top with rest of hamburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
