Zucchini 1 lb. hamburger Onions Sliced tomatoes Velveeta cheese Cover bottom of baking dish with sliced zucchini. Cover with browned meat and onions and then another layer of zucchini. Cover with sliced tomatoes. Cover with sliced Velveeta cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven at least 1/2 hour. Test zucchini for tenderness. | |
