1 c. water
1/3 c. liquid soap (Joy/Dawn)
1 tbsp. sugar or
1 tbsp. glycerine

Mix and use bent pipe cleaners or the finger holes of scissors as wands. Experiment with different things to blow with; paper cups with the ends cut out work well.
