KRUM KAKE 
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip cream. Add milk, flour, sugar and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on a hot krumkake iron. Rotate iron until batter covers the surface. Close the lid. Lightly brown on each side. Remove from heat and immediately roll over a metal fork or wood. Form into a cone shape. Repeat for each cookie. Store in air tight container.
