KAREN'S CUMBERLAND MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

CUMBERLAND SAUCE:

8 oz. jar currant or grape jelly
12 oz. bottle chili sauce

Combine bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic and onion salts. Add hamburger and water chestnuts. Mix well, form into 1" balls; place on baking sheet with sides. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until just done. Remove from pan; place on absorbent paper towels for grease.

Mix sauce ingredients together in large pan. Cook over medium heat until smooth and jelly is melted, stirring frequently. Heat meatballs in sauce. Put into a chafing dish and serve hot. Makes 5 dozen.
