SPINACH CASSEROLE 
This is a quick and easy dish that is tasty and filling. 3-4 eggs 1 lg. white onion 3/4 lb. grated muenster or Monterey Jack cheese Onion powder Garlic powder Soy sauce

1. Steam spinach and diced white onion in a large pot with a steamer basket. If you do not have a steamer basket, use very little water to cook with and do not over cook.

2. Scramble eggs in a large covered casserole dish. Add spices and soy sauce according to taste.

3. Mix spinach and onion with egg mixture. Top with grated cheese.

4. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. When it is done the center feels firm when a fork is inserted. Enjoy.
