DEVILED EGGS | |
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled 3 tbsp. mayonnaise or miracle whip 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Slip out yolks and mash with fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. 12 appetizers. |
