1 1/4 lbs. bulk sausage (hot)
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 325 degrees. Yield: 6 dozen.
