CINNAMON CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Heat butter, oil and water; bring to a boil and add to dry mixture. Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon and vanilla. Add the whisked mixture in with primary mixture.

Bake in 11 x 18 pan lined with aluminum foil at 375°F for 20 minutes or until cake is done.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk

Prepare 5 minutes before cake is done. Bring icing ingredients to a boil then add 1 pound of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour evenly over cake immediately after cake is removed from the oven.
