CINNAMON CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
1 stick butter
1 c. water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour together. Mix cocoa, shortening, butter and water; bring to a rapid boil. Pour over sugar and flour mixture; beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Place in oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine milk, butter and cocoa, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cake.
