FETTUCINNI ALFREDO 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
3 egg yolks
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter and cream together. Toss in some parsley and 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese. Add egg yolks; mix together. Cook 2 pounds fettucinni noodles and add sauce and the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
