FANNY MAY FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated canned milk
1 c. butter
25 lg. marshmallows
1 c. nuts
2 oz. Baker's chocolate
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chips
13 oz. milk chocolate bar

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter. Stir and bring to a boil 2 minutes. Turn heat off. Add marshmallows. Break up chocolate and stir until melted. Add nuts. Put in pan, greased with butter. Refrigerate.
