POTATO CHIP BROWNIES | |
4 oz. Choco bake (by Nestles) 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 1 c. crushed potato chips or a little more 1/2 c. nuts (more if desired) 1 can ready to spread frosting Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix 4 eggs; beat well and add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat well. Add choco bake, chips and nuts; beat again. Then add flour last and mix well with spoon. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly cut into squares (should get 30 pieces depending on size). Frost after cold. Can be kept on counter for 1 week. |
