HAM AND BROCCOLI ROLLS 
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked by directions on pkg.
1 can onion rings
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
Dash pepper
1 c. milk

Top each ham slice with cheese and broccoli. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish. Cook onion rings in butter for a few minutes, blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stir until thick. Pour over ham rolls. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
