VEGGIE CHICKEN BUNDLE 
2 carrots, sliced thin lengthwise
1 zucchini squash, sliced thin lengthwise
1 onion, sliced thin
2 chicken breasts, skinned, cut in half (about 1 lb.)
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 sheets of paper towel

Divide carrots, zucchini squash and onion evenly among the 4 towels. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken. Wrap towel around chicken and vegetables to completely enclose. Moisten under running water. Place paper towel bundles in 8-inch, round glass baking dish.

Microwave on HIGH 9 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove from microwave and let stand 1 minute before serving. Makes 4 servings. 1 chicken breast and 1/2 cup vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
