COOKED CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sweetened condensed milk, water and salt in top of double boiler. Mix well. Add chocolate. Cook over rapidly boiling water, stirring frequently until thick. Cool. Stir in vanilla.
