CHOCOLATE-MINT PARFAITS 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 30 wafers)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. lg. marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

GARNISHES:

Sweetened whipped cream
Chocolate wafer crumbs

Place butter in a microwave safe bowl; microwave at high for 55 seconds or until melted. Stir in chocolate wafer crumbs, mixing well. Set aside. Combine marshmallows and milk in a second microwave bowl. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows melt, stirring with a wire whisk at 30 second intervals.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
