POTATO PANCAKES 
4 lg. grated potatoes
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs, unbeaten
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Crisco

Combine potato, onion, eggs, flour and salt. Drop by tablespoons into skillet containing hot Crisco. Fry to golden brown on each side.
