MACARONI CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. oil
1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
2 c. chopped onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 c. chopped sweet pickle
3 qt. boiling water
2 c. elbow macaroni

Brown meat, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, juice, onions, garlic, salt, and all of the seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir in kidney beans and pickle and bake 30 minutes longer. Add some salt to boiling water in saucepan and add macaroni gradually so that water continues to boil. Combine with chili and let simmer. Serve.
