SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
2 c. sour cream
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 baked pie shell

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Place cream in pan on stove, medium heat. Add flour mixture. Stir constantly. Beat egg yolks and add to cream mixture. Cook until thickened. Add raisins and finish cooking. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.
