SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 (9") baked pie shell
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. yolks
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Simmer raisins and water until tender. Combine sugar, salt and flour. Beat yolks with milk. Stir together, add raisins. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick, 5 to 10 minutes. Add cream and pour into shell.
