HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, diced, browned, drained (save grease)
3 chopped onions
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
10 red potatoes, boiled & diced

Brown bacon, remove from pan. Add onion to bacon grease and brown. Add other ingredients, stir until creamy. Place over hot, diced potatoes. Serve hot.
