NINA'S BEEF STROGANOFF 
1-1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut into 1/2" pieces
1-2 med. onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg. Lipton Wylers onion soup mix
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lg. container sour cream
2 tbsp. oil
Salt, pepper & garlic powder

In large skillet or Dutch oven brown meat in oil. After beef is browned, add onions, onion soup mix and mushrooms. Stir for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Lower heat and simmer until beef is done. Add sour cream, stir and cover. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Serves 4-6.
