3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced ripe bananas

Sift all dry ingredients. Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs, pineapple and juice. Stir to blend but don't beat. Pour in bundt pan. Bake at 350 about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan for a while before removing.
