PINK WHIP JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry Jello
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple & juice
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Cut cream cheese in pieces and whip with a hand beater. Add the cream cheese and pineapple with juice to Jello. Chill in refrigerator. Whip the heavy cream and fold into Jello. Mold.
