HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts (in water, 14 oz.), drained and chopped
4 oz. Feta cheese, chopped
1/4 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 c. mayonnaise
3 green onions with tops, sliced
3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Chop artichoke hearts, cheese and bell peppers; set aside. Press garlic clove into a bowl and add mayonnaise, green onion and oregano; mix. Add artichoke, cheese and pepper to this mixture.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour mixture into a casserole and top with almonds.

Bake until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
