CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread, cubed
1 c. each onion, green pepper, and celery
4 c. cooked chicken, breasts boiled
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, well beaten
2 cans mushroom soup
8 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated
Pepperidge Farm herb flavored crumbs

Mix first 4 ingredients; sprinkle 9 x 13 inch pan with crumbs and layer mixture. Mix and add milk, eggs, and soup. Pour on chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Last 10 minutes, add cheese and crumbs. Can be done ahead of time.
