BAHMI GORENG (INDONESIAN) 
1 lb. pork, cubed
1 sm. pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 head cabbage, shredded
3 pkg. top Ramen noodles, prepared (don't use spice packet)
1/4 lb. bean sprouts, rinsed, green pods removed
1 tbsp. kejap (Indonesian) or other soy sauce
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Brown onion and garlic. Add meat. When meat is slightly brown, add remaining ingredients except for noodles and sprouts, and add 1/3 cup water. Simmer 30 minutes. Add noodles and sprouts, stir until boiling. Serve with fried egg, omelet cut into strips, roasted peanuts, pickles, cucumbers, potato chips, or shrimp chips.
