1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix

Mix together. Add 1 cup pecans. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle on 1 (14 oz.) package milk chocolate chips. Melt and mix together 11 ounces caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Pour over chocolate chips. Bake 15 to 18 minutes more. Do not over bake.
