CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
4-6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. broth
2 tsp. paprika
2 c. sour cream
3 c. prepared noodles or rice

Wash chicken and pat dry. Saute onions in butter. Place chicken over onions and simmer over low heat, covered, for 45 minutes. Remove chicken and add to onions, flour and salt, gradually add broth, stir until thick. Remove from heat, add paprika and sour cream to liquid, mix and pour over chicken, reheat (not to boil). Serve over noodles or rice.
