HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. plain flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Bake in angel food cake pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°F.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
