SESAME VEGETABLE SALAD 
8 c. torn leaf lettuce
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. green pepper strips
1/3 c. sliced cucumbers
1 sm. carrot (bias sliced)
1/4 c. green onions, sliced

Place lettuce in bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise and vinegar. Stir in vegetables. Spoon mixture over lettuce to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover tightly. Chill to 24 hours. Toss before serving. Serves 8.
