HOLIDAY CHEER COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
18 1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. maple extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl mix together brown sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon; set aside. In large mixing bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, yogurt, white wine and vanilla or maple extract. Beat with mixer at medium speed 3 minutes. Pour half of batter into well - greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Sprinkle nut mixture evenly over half of batter. Top with remaining batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
